Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using LemonGDPS and its services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LemonGDPS, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the LemonGDPS game server, website, Discord community, and other services operated as part of LemonGDPS.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use LemonGDPS or its services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for the activity performed through your LemonGDPS account. You should keep your account information secure and should not intentionally share your account with other users.

  • Do not impersonate another user or member of the LemonGDPS team.
  • Do not use another user's account without permission.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
  • You are responsible for activity performed using your account.

3. Server Usage

LemonGDPS is intended to provide a fun and community-focused Geometry Dash experience. Users are expected to use the server fairly and respectfully.

Any attempt to intentionally damage, disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the LemonGDPS server or its services may result in moderation action.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not allowed on LemonGDPS:

  • Exploiting or intentionally abusing server bugs.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the server, website, accounts, or other systems.
  • Using malicious software, scripts, or attacks against LemonGDPS services.
  • Impersonating LemonGDPS staff or other community members.
  • Harassing, threatening, or intentionally targeting other members of the community.
  • Sending spam or intentionally disruptive content.
  • Using cheats or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in competitive activities.

5. Community Conduct

LemonGDPS includes community spaces such as Discord and other communication channels. Users are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules of the specific community platform they are using.

Additional rules may apply to specific channels, events, competitions, or community features.

6. User-Created Content

Users may create and submit levels, messages, comments, or other content through LemonGDPS. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Content that violates these terms, server rules, or applicable platform rules may be removed. LemonGDPS may also take moderation action when necessary to protect the community.

7. Level Rating & Moderation

Level ratings, features, leaderboards, lists, and other community decisions may be subject to moderation standards established by LemonGDPS.

Rating decisions may be changed or removed when a level is found to violate the applicable standards or server rules.

8. Service Availability

LemonGDPS is provided as a community project. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside of our control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary.

9. Enforcement

LemonGDPS staff may take appropriate moderation action when these terms or applicable community rules are violated.

  • Warnings
  • Content removal
  • Temporary restrictions
  • Temporary bans
  • Permanent bans

The type of action may depend on the severity and circumstances of the violation.

10. Security

Do not attempt to compromise the security or availability of LemonGDPS systems. This includes unauthorized access attempts, abuse of vulnerabilities, denial-of-service attacks, and other actions intended to disrupt the service.

If you discover a security issue, please report it to the LemonGDPS team instead of publicly exploiting it.

11. Third-Party Services

LemonGDPS may use third-party services such as Discord, hosting providers, embedded chat services, and external websites. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

LemonGDPS is not responsible for the policies or availability of third-party services.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of LemonGDPS after changes are published means that you acknowledge the updated terms.
